My friend has this one and I did my laundry at her house all through college so I used it quite a bit, it’s a pretty good rack. A little rickety and cheap feeling but you can get a lot of stuff on it, and anything you need to lay flat can go on the top part. You can also fold it into different configurations I think — like if you want it wider and flatter.

When times were VERY tough I washed all my clothes, and dried them at home. It really wasn’t that hard but sometimes it took forever for something to dry. I would buy a rolling rack for your clothes, and put them on hangers. Here is one from Wal Mart. Also, it may be a good idea to get a steamer for your clothes. I would try to find one used but honestly it’s a really good investment epecially if you don’t have a dryer.

I have a homemade one (from Amish country) that is just plain wood. I use it everytime I wash, even though I have a dryer in my house. They are SO useful. I also had a metal one from target. Any kind really works.
