Oh, and for something a little different from a cosmo, I l-o-v-e a Cocopolitan.  Cranberry and coconut rum.  It’s SO good, and tastes a little like old school kool-aid.

My girls and I used to drink Pink Panties all the time during get togethers. It’s a good drink because you can’t taste the alcohol, and it’s creamy.

Dale DeGroff is an awesome mixologist — his drinks are super tasty.

The last two on this page will be pink:

His book, "The Craft of the Cocktail" has a lot of great recipes – a lot of them start with "pink."

I’ve also had a drink — can’t recall what it was called — but it was tasty, and was made w/ vodka and rose water, and they dropped a raspberry in it. It wasn’t super pink, but you could prob’ly drop a drop or two of grenadine to tint it as pink as you like. It was sweet too, not sure from what – prob’ly simple syrup.

a greyhound–pink grapefruit juice and vodka. i think it’s the only pink drink i’ve ever seen my father enjoy–so i don’t think if suffers from the overly girly reputation that cosmos have.

you could also do any champagne cocktail with pink champagne (sophia, for example, which also comes in cute pink single serving cans), though you may want to do a taste test first to make sure it won’t wind up too sweet.

I learned a little trick from a bartender- you can make nearly any drink pink with a little splash of cherry juice or some cranberry juice.

My personal fav- margarita!
