Or maybe just commiseration? I have seriously awful gas. And not the smelly kind. Ha! I wish! No, it is the painful stuck in my gut making my stomach hard and nauseating king of gas. I am at the max limit for Gas-X and I avoid gassy foods. I am seriously miserable! Anybody gave this same problem? Have any suggestions on what helped? We are at 7 weeks 3 days and see the OB this coming Tuesday.

Aw man I’m so sorry. I had the worst most painful gas pains my first trimester. I forgot about that. I’m sorry that I don’t remember what I did but I do know it was very painful. 🙁

Dont bend at the waist, loose fiting pants, lots of water to keep the system pushing the gases out. I still had some bloat, but this all helped to keep it less painful.

When I get that type of gas it’s usually related to constipation. Try taking some Phillips… that should get you farting at least. 🙂
Don’t chew gum or suck on hard candy. That always makes it worse for me.

Go somewhere that you’d be embarassed to pass gas and you’ll get the urge to let it all out.. LOL.

So far whats helped me the most is getting up and going for a walk- its super uncomfortable while I’m walking but either on the walk or with 15 minutes of stopping, a lot of the gas will pass and I’ll feel so much better.

Yeah, me too. It’s good today, but usually a brisk walk was helping.
