SOMETHING I DO LIKE : Also may I add by accident I stumbled across a new re-trend and I love….Coveralls!!!! I needed new shorts and I wasn’t home so I syopped by target to buy some, it was either coveralls or short shorts that showed my booty….I chose the first. It’s quite cute actually.

I can’t get a pic off my instagram saved but they are cute….

BurlapnLace:  Lol! I saw those after reading a thread on the C-String (the pad-like underwear that is disturbing). I just don’t get the appeal of this.

KingsDaughter:  Again, you do not live in southern USA where it gets to be 105 degrees and feels like 150 degrees not to mention the humidity. Wearing more (unnecessary) articles of clothing makes no sense.

Tanleggedjuliet:  oh I understand that. So you mean it makes no sense practically more then fashionably…since in other parts summer is hot but you can still get away with a light scarf….(I did take it off later in the day since it is humid in the Niagara region).

KatiePi:  Those c-pad things were originally intended for beauty pageant contestants. They keep them from having a camel toe in their swim wear. A panty liner does the same thing but I think the c-pad allows more breathing.

kaylee26:  me either! I think they’re cute (on some) but I also live in Texas so the less clothes the better cause this heat sucks!

lol in elementary when my mom used to dress me I got made fun of for wearing high waisted pants and now everyone’s wearing them.

Haven’t seen any new trends this summer… Maybe mullet skirts?

I like sheer tops though the ones I have I wear with a cami underneath, and I also lIke some shirts/ dresses with cut outs though it depends where they’re placed. Rompers look cute and comfy as well as easy since you just put it on and accessorize and there’s your outfit! But they remind me of a onesie at the same time.

Tanleggedjuliet:  I’m from the South, and I currently live somewhere with similar weather. Still say the scarf can be awesome sun protection.

I just graduated from college, and I’ve never understood why sorority girls wear the huge t-shirts (maybe it’s popular otherwise too, but I’ve mostly noticed with sorority shirts).  I’m all for modesty, so I guess it’s better than shirts that are too small, but wearing an XL when you need a small just doesn’t make sense!

Laurenplusalex:  ahhhh, yes! They look just as bad as they sound and Look out of place on anyone that’s, well, not a gladiator. Though, I haven’t seen them In person.

Another gem I haven’t seen in person are clogs though I keep seeing them in stores and wonder why??

Also not necessarily a summer trend but toms! They look like weird and aren’t even comfy.
