Also, jelly beans don’t melt. I had Jelly Belly at someone’s wedding once and loved it!

id play off the elegant picnic thing, and go with BBQ rub in glass jars with cute labels, mini pies, jams, or something along those lines.

We went to a wedding in September right after a hurricane in Baltimore (power still out in places) the favors were fans that were sandy colored.  They really did help!

Koozies!  With an elegant font and writing on them, I think they’d be perfect.  I love ours 🙂

(I googled “classy koozie display”, haha)

@sundaymonkey:  What about a bottle of lemonade?  You could put them in ice boxes so they’ll be a cool treat when guests get them! This way you can make sure they blend with your wedding by designing a label and straw, and choosing a bottle shape.

I don’t think that seeds or succulents are a good idea, not many people are going to want them and what will you do with 45 succulents or 200 seeds? I say give them something they can use and appreciate.

@sundaymonkey:  If you don’t like that then you could use some fams. Have one of your ushers stand by the exit of the ceremony venue and hand them out to keep guests cool at the reception.
