I’m no longer practicing, but I “converted” when I was 12, while attending a Methodist church, so Methodist? lol

I would say I consider myself Southern Baptist (denomination I was raised in/still attend). However;  denomination means very little to me and I’m open to attending most denominations.

My mom was raised Catholic and my dad Presbyterian, however when my parents met my dad had been divorced once so they couldn’t get married in the Catholic church. They ended up getting married by an Episcopalian priest at their non-church venue. When they had me, my mom had pretty much left the church altogether and so they decided we’d go to my dad’s church for holidays, but they’d leave it up to me to decide when I got old enough. When I was about 9 I told my mom I wanted to start looking at churches, so we went to Sunday service at a bunch of the different ones in our town and found one that we loved. I was baptized when I was 10 and my dad even said later that if he’d met our priest before his he would’ve joined our church too. My childhood priest is the one who’s going to marry me and FI and he’s now actually my boss, too.

    ETA: Oh right, I’m Episcopalian.

Raised Baptist with two Baptist preacher grandpas, currently visiting new churches since we moved and are looking at some Baptist and some (less conservative) Assembly of God churches.

I grew up and attended a Non Demoninational Christan church until I got married.

My husband is Baptist, so that’s where we are now.

Other: Community of Christ (Formerly Reorganized Church of Later Day Saints)

It’s fairly different from LDS so I didn’t really feel comfortable saying “Mormon.”

My computer is so out-dated that I can’t vote in polls. Tears! (Wish we could have registered for a new laptop lol!!)

Protestant – United Church of Canada. I was brought up in it, and still love it.
