anybody know any super 8 filmographers with prices that are reasonable?

you probably need to get in touch with regular production companies that specialize in filming other than weddings.  I happen to love 8mm filming and it’s a shame that no one wants it.  It has that old film texture that I love.  Check the trade papers like backstage or ross reports (they should be on line) and see if you have any luck.
