I wanted to find the original source for these S.T.D.s so I was searching for about 10-15 min. I kept running into all those tumblers also. Apparently, it came from Style Me Pretty. It was a DIY.

The save the date cards me and my fiancé made. We ordered folded greeting cards on mpix.com that I custom designed and then cut out our pictures and hand cut out the banners. Try making 150 of those babies!”

I know someone that could design the same look without the pop up.  You probably want the 3D pop up, but if not, just ping me and I’ll send you her info 🙂

@elysion:  Hi – did you ever hear back about how the pop up save the dates were made?  I love them and was surprised to hear they’re “easy” to make!
