I stumbled on Younger (thinner) you diet book, and have read a good chunk of it. It’s awesome, all the amazon reviews are phenomenal, and I am going to start it immediately. The premise is that if your brain chemistry is off, it slows down your metabolism and makes you gain weight. FH and I are both docs, and both agree that it’s good science. The added benefit of this plan is that if you have any problems with mood (depression, anxiety, emotional eating) or medical problems, this will likely help them. Just wanted to pass it along.
