You probably had a milk blister or bleb on that nipple. You likely opened it, which is good. Your nipple tissue will be sore as it heals. That’s normal. Watch for signs that the blister is still there or if there is a plug of milk still in the tissue.

That’s normal. It’s happened to me a few times. I usually pick that white blister before nursing out the clogged duct and it really flows out of that duct fast. You’ll feel better in a few days.

I have one now too! All sound advice from the others. Nurse that side first, even for just a little bit, at every feeding. Seems counterintuitive but nursing makes most bf problems better!
