How about a thin eternity band or just a plan band in a similar width? Or you could also go for something wider with texture, pattern or different colour to highlight the fact they are so different and unique from each other.

Does your ring have a matching band? Are you into the matching look? I personally prefer a matching set, so I would probably try to find either a pave band or a plain band in the same width as your e-ring. If you’re not into that, then I would go with something much different – maybe an art deco style band like this:

Or something like this would be pretty:

Since your ring is so thin I’d play to the opposite end of the spectrum. It’s a Tiffany etoile ring, but other vendors offer similar styles.

My ring is similar to yours and I paired it with hammered yellow gold band that’s just as thin. My husband recently surprised me with a white gold band with channel set diamonds. It’s really more of a stand in for when we are traveling places where I don’t want to wear my e-ring, but it looks nice stacked next to it as well!

My e-ring is also very thin (approx. 1.8 mm with a softened knife edge, so it appears thinner, 1.85 ct diamond, size 5.25-5.5 finger) and I swtich up between these.  The matching micro-pave bands are approx. 1.7-1.8 mm and the shared prong band is approx. 3.1 mm.  I think a thin (1.5 mm) plain band and/or mirc-pave band matching your e-ring would look great, as would a thin art-deco band as suggested above.

I also have a super thin band, and I went with a slightly larger contour. It just looked the best next to my ring when I was trying them on. I suggest just trying some on and see what works best. We actually went with the larger contour so it could protect the super thin and delicate E-Ring

My engagement ring is a 1.8 mm and the wedding band is 2mm same bead setting and milgrain. If you like matching a thin pave band would be pretty or an Art Deco band to change it up.

The band on my engagement ring is 1.6mm and I’m also getting married in Nov! This is the band I am leaning towards. Super thin bands look silly with my ring, as do thicker ones. I have to wait until I can go try this one on, but I think with a double band, it wont be so obvious is the width of the ering and band are different.
