Hello bees. I was wondering if any what supplements and or vitamins do you take daily?
The only one I take is a potassium supplement. My diabetes can sometimes cause it to go low, so the supplement helps. 🙂
But what are good supplements/vitamins you take on the just because factor?
Also very random my 3 cats & dog also take a daily supplement. LOL I think that is what made me think of taking one just because its good for me. But didn’t know where to start.
So please, inform me!

Multi-vitamin and calcium, and I just started taking Biotin because it is supposed promote healthy growth of hair and nails, and I feel like my hair has been shedding a lot lately. I used to take Iron and Vitamin D after blood tests showed I was low on both. That was several years ago and I have since stopped taking them, however, I have a physical coming up and will have my levels tested to see if I need those supplements again.

Multi-vitamin is a must.
All women should also take Calcium AND Vitamin D together. Your body can absorb just a small amount of calcium unless you take it with Vitamin D at the same time!

I try to take my multivitamin everyday.

I’ve taken a multivitamin every day for years. I recently switched to a prenatal.
I also take Vitamin D, fish oil and I recently added B Complex to boost progesterone since I’m TTC.
