I’m starting the Supreme 90 Day 10-disk DVD set tomorrow. I recently lost 50 lbs and am finally at my goal weight for a few months now… but I want to work on my arms and toning my mid-section in preparation for shopping for my wedding gown! Has anyone used these DVD’s? What was your outcome? Any before and after pics?

I have not used Supreme 90, but I’ve used P90X and had great results. Lost only about 7-10 lbs but lost a lot of body fat and inches and gained a lot of muscle. Not sure how similar the programs are but the most important thing always is a healthy diet. And make sure you’re eating ENOUGH – probably 1400-1600 calories at least if you’re exercising daily.

@copewedding: Thanks for your experience! I developed very healthy eating habits while doing Weight Watchers… I’m hoping to stay around the same weight, just tone a bit. Won’t be upset if I go up a little (gaining muscle) or down a bit (lose a couple more inches). We’ll see how it goes!
