So I have a shower coming up that is a “surprise” in that I only know what day it is happening, not the time or location.
I’m starting to get concerned, what should I wear? Do I eat a light breakfast, or eat a decent lunch? Should I ask the Maid/Matron of Honor these things? My mom is a little crazy about keeping the whole thing a super surprise, she was upset that I gave my Maid/Matron of Honor the list of addresses of the local girls– so I’m not sure it’s smart to bug my Maid/Matron of Honor too much.
thanks in advance 🙂

Wear something comfortable that photographs well and have no more than a light snack beforehand. 🙂
I was totally surprised by mine, and it was only by chance that I didn’t show up in my PJs or a ratty old sweatshirt. I was literally in my crappy sweatshirt and said… “eh… I’ll put on some real clothes.” And I’d just eaten (although I stuffed my face anyway!).

I would say wear whatever you would want to wear to your shower regardless of where it may be. It’s always better to be overdressed than under. If you think you may be too nervous to eat at a shower with a bunch of people then eat something light beforehand. More than likely you will be geting some sort of food, so I wouldn’t stress too much about whether you should eat before or not.

Yeah, my concern was if I became hungry because it was later than I would expect!
I cleaned my closet out yesterday, so I have some plans for what I could wear. The “problem” is I have lost weight so my cuter dresses don’t fit me well. I have figured out a skirt and top I can wear, so that will be my plan.
