MrsBuesleBee:  I agree, and FWIW diamond owners never, ever start these convos.

Yup, your ring is plenty big enough. Why can’t people just be happy that the man of their dreams wants to spend the rest of their life with them? Enough never seems enough, it’s a bloody ring ffs

I have a 1 ct moissy and think it’s plenty big enough, FWIW. If I had a 1 ct diamond (my dream) I’d be ecstatic. Grass is always greener.

MrsBuesleBee:  I agree with you that it is good people read about all options. I think a good conversation about the entire jewelry trade so people can make the best choice for them.

FutureDrAtkins:  I have to say, I would have never known your ring was a moissy. It is stunning and had lovely sparkle. I am becoming a fan girl of your jewelry collection. I just want to play in your jewelry box. I *swear* I will give everything back.

Why don’t we all agree that diamond owners are superior people because they can afford a big shiny rock instead of a cheap imitation, and moissanite owners are superior people because they don’t blindly buy into the diamond marketing or support an unethical industry? Since that’s what these threads come down to eventually.

ClaudiaKishi:  I’m on board as long as we can also agree that everyone’s ring is perfect for them – as long as it is what their Fiance could afford, it is not too small, not too big, and the concept of “finger coverage” is nonsense.
