EMBARASSING. When the man and I leave Manhattan in a few years we’re gonna feel like millionaires.

1. How much? 450,000 in 2011. That’s under what it is worth, yay.

2. What type? Apartment (it’s actually a co-op for those who know what those are)

3. Where? Manhattan

4. Square feet? 650 (NOT A JOKE, there are two bedrooms in there as well)

5. How old is the home? Built in 1911

6. Move in ready or fixer upper? It was move in ready, but I’ve since done work on it. It had a new kitchen and bath anyway which is very key.
