my mom left me the major portion of her life insurance (she was the victim in a murder/suicide July 27th) and with that we are going to pay off our student loans when we graduate this year, sell our current house towards the end of the year/start of 2014, and then out the remaining $150-200k+ what we get for our house into buying our next house, which i anticipate to cost around $250-300k for what we want in our forever home. it may be temportarily put off if i get into grad school though.

2. What type of home was it? (Condo, duplex, single family home, etc.) single family – 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, inground pool

3. Where was it? (London, Washington, D.C., Midwest USA, etc.) suburb of Dallas

4. How many square feet? approx. 2000
