Hi Fab Fellow Bees!
The big day is slowly creeping up on me. Only 217 days to go until I have to get myself into THE dress! I have really turned up the heat on my diet and exercise plan and was curious what you guys were doing to look and feel your very best on your wedding day and honeymoon.
I am doing Jenny Craig and have lost 8 lbs so far. Another 17 to go until I hit my goal. I also have started walking and running 4-6 miles a day, tracking steps with the help of my handy dandy FitBit and Runkeeper App on my phone.
What are you doing to get in tip top shape?

@GretaMae316: my wedding is in April and I’m toning up! trying to run at least five tImes a week and I am on day three of the 30 day squat challenge! 😉

I am tracking all my food and liquid intake and started incorporating mini workouts in the evenings as well as taking 4 morning classes each week. Its hard and will be a long process but I want this to be a lifestyle change and not just for the wedding. Of course starting now doesnt hurt!

I have 7 months to go and have lost 30lbs so far with eating right and exercise. My goal is to lose 60 before the wedding. I’m doing Brazil Butt lift and am part of a FB group for motivation and support. We have room for a few more if anyone is interested.
