There are some foods that I shouldn’t really eat because they affect my disease slightly.  I personally don’t like letting my disease hinder me in anyway so if celery, for example, is mixed in with my potato salad then I’ll just go ahead and eat it.  Usually I don’t even think twice about it!  This weekend, my SO reminded me not to eat too much celery in the potato salad and flicked it off any potatoes that it stuck to!  It’s really minor pain that the celery causes, but it was so sweet that my SO is that concerned with me and my health!

Aww, sometimes they can be so sweet! When I’m depressed, having an “off” day, or just plain old not myself, SO will snuggle and tickle me until I can’t help but smile and laugh. He does it in the sweetest way, hard to describe. It always makes me feel better though.

@wishingonadream04:

A couple things actually come to mind.  My Fiance worked late the other day and brought me home a coffee from my favorite coffee place.  This was even more special because the one near our house closed, and I don’t have one on my way to work, but he does.  He isn’t a coffee drinker so he stops just for me!

One other thing he did was that I worked a lot of hours this passed week.  I’m a waitress and it was school vacation week, so we were very busy.  I came home Saturday night and he had cleaned everything, did laundry, dusted, and vacuumed.  Saturdays are what we call his “man day.” I work a double and he has the day off to so he relaxes and plays video games or just does whatever he wants.  Nothing huge, but meant a lot to me.

@LaurenK0105: That’s so adorable. Gives you the warm fuzzy feeling just reading it. 🙂

I’m trying to buy a house; alone, because we aren’t married. But he’s been so supportive and helpful through the whole process. I was heartbroken when I had to cancel a contract for my dream house yesterday and he was so positive and reassured me we would find something else. Something better. And that it just wasn’t meant to be our home. He’s so amazing sometimes.

Wakes up early and starts my car when it’s -30 outside. Cleans the house when i’m working. Cooks supper on his days off. Listens to me if i’m down, especially if it’s about him! Often leaves little gifts or notes. It’s endless….

the mornings in the winter before he leaves for work, he’ll wrap our dear old senior cat up in her blanket in the sun, so she stays warm…  Deep down inside i know he’s a big ole softie…

it’s the little things, that are the sweetest 🙂

Because I have work and school. My SO helps out sooo much with my son. He just caters to me all around all the time. Whether I’m sick or well. He’s always trying to find something to do to make me smile or make my life easier. Cooking, cleaning, suprises, etc. I love that he runs me bubble baths and gives me foot massages almost daily. Too much to mention…That’s why I love him….

When I’m feeling down, he does everything in his power to make me smile. He’ll act silly, make jokes, tell me how beautiful he thinks I am – it’s really cute and sweet.

Also, he cleans the snow off my car before he leaves for work.

Even though he absolutely hates the feeling of lotion on the palms of his hands, he gives me a foot massage because he knows that I love it!

Where do I begin? There are so many things my SO does for me EVERY day that let me know that he loves me. I am so spoiled by his love for me. He makes sure that i take my vitamins every day. he packs my lunches for me every night. He sets the coffee maker in the morning to make coffee for me in the morning. The lunch and coffee thing is awesome because he works from home and doesn’t have to do it for himself, he does it for me. When it’s raining he’ll drive me to and from work because he k nows i hate driving in the rain… the list goes on and on!

my Fiance is just a super sweetheart.

He notices little things all the time that I just love.

for example, this weekend we were eating at pizza hut and I was dipping my pizza in salsa (weird I know, don’t knock it till you try it)  Anyway, I was using these little salsa packets I was almost out of salsa.  I had not even thought to myself I need to get up and get another packet and he got up and brought me back another packet.  He stopped his meal just to get me more salsa because he noticed I was running low and he thought I would like more.

He does little things like that all the time.  He is always looking out for me.
