For that price, I would start looking at sale sections. Check out Jcrew or swell.com. Right now Jcrew has 30% off extra on sale items. Lands end canvas also has a pretty good sale section ($10/piece). Have you checked out the sale Miracle bra suits at VS?

Unfortunately, most two piece bathing suits seem to run $40-60/piece, so it might be difficult to find something push-up in your range. Good luck. I know how much it sucks to go bathing suit shopping!

Have you checked out Old NAvy?  Their stuff is always cheap.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I bought my swimsuits about 8 years ago.  :/  I’m pretty small up top, too, but I’ve found that I look “bigger” if I wear swimsuits that tie or have some kind of ring in the top (like this) so that’s what I wear.
