Hi, has anyone seen a Swiss dot cotton wedding dress? I think this fabric is unusuall and very pretty, but for a wedding dress? I’m not sure. I would love to use this fabric for my dress, but I’m not sure if it will be a fashion hit or miss.
ETA: Is October too late to use this fabric?

I think it’s cute for a rustic/casual wedding.

I tried on a dress that had a Swiss dot pattern but it was silk not cotton. I think the dress you posted is way cute and could work well if you had a summer wedding outside. It seems like it would be comfortable. It’s not such a wild pattern that it would jump out in pictures but it has enough texture to be very pretty in person. If it fits the vision you have, then I say go for it.

I think it’s really adorable and looks super comfy BUT in my opinion it’s definitely more suitable for summer than fall.

How about silk organza? One of my favorite dresses is Dora by Melissa Sweet. Swiss dots are so much fun! I think cotton could work for a casual, rustic wedding too.

I have a velvet swiss dot for my wedding – i love it! It’s a nice way to add detail without too much shimmer or sparkle, etc.
Mine is the Ivy & Aster Sweetpea!
