    In my experience, you are prob going to want the flats.  They are all so pretty though, I think you should have them all no matter what 😉

    Mmmmm that’s hard because the shoes that you are wearing initially actually look comfy! Go with the flats if you are going to get down and dirty on the dance floor! I love your shoes!

    Love love love the dress.  I would suggest that you take a plan pair of flats to your fitting and see if you can walk ok in them without tripping.  Then you will know for sure which pair to order.  All I wanted to do at the end of the night was get out of heels, but you might just put a pair of comfy shoes in a bag somewhere so you can change them when needed.

    Ack!  Now I want the Oscar de la Renta shoes myself!  I just checked though and they have a 4″ heel–I wonder if that is really any lower than your Brian Atwood pumps since they appear to have a 1″ platform?

    You have incredible taste!  We need to see more pics of that dress!

    Oh gosh. Your dress is abslolutely stunning!! I definitely agree with the others… take flats to the appointment and see! 5.5 might be a big difference!

    I love the Oscars but I agree with PPs, you’ll want the flats.
