My FI made the switch from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy and he said it was the nest decision ever. We both hated our iPhones! I’m still stuck with mine for a bit longer 🙁 He loves the format of Android over apple, it’s much easier to use according to him!

@LadyBlackheart:  I’m stuck with an iphone (free from friend after a contract switch) I hate it! I love love love android. Their app options are much better and everything is much more customizable. I say go for it!

I just adore adore adore my S3, I definitely think you wouldn’t be disappointed with the S4.

im sure if I asked him to BF could come up with some very good arguments to pick a Samsung over an apple product 🙂

I made the switch and it was easy. I love my Galaxy. Transferring everything was a breeze.

FI and I purchased S4s yesterday! We love them so far. Although I do feel like this phone is way smarter than I am!

I have the galaxy note 2 but I dont think its all that different from the s3 or s4 aside from size and having the s-pen. I absolutely love it. Between this and the galaxy tab 2  my FI owns we love samsung. Never had a complaint at all. A friend of mine just switched from an iphone to an s4 and is extremely happy also. You will not regret it!

@LadyBlackheart My FI is actually a Samsung FSM (he helped run the S4 launch in NYC), so of course I made the switch to an S3! I loved my iPhone 4, but first thing I noticed is that I did not drop calls as much. The Galaxy feature is pretty much the same as Siri, but my favorite feature of the S4 is the “best face”. We were just at reunion for his fraternity, and I loved that the other girls and I could each pick our best faces and put it into one image. The one thing that sucked about switching, is if you keep any music on your iphone, any music from 2009 and before has to be reformatted to an android. But there are really easy programs for that. Let me know if you have any questions!

I had an iphone that switched to a Galaxy and I am so glad I did. I feel that the Galaxy is alot easier to use and figure out. Also, I realized the longer I had my iphones (i went through like 3), the worse the home button got. I felt like i had to push it 100 times to get back to the home screen. On the galaxy this is never a problem because it is built into the touchscreen.

you will LOVE it. I have an S3 and every time I hold my sister’s iPhone, I wonder why she even likes it. It’s so much more powerful than the iPhone, and amazing for reading on my kindle app or working as a navigation because the screen is so big.

@LadyBlackheart:  You and I are so alike! Haha! I’m kind of in the same situation. Although, I’m staying with Verizon and have been due for an upgrade since the beginning of the month. The S4 doesn’t come out to Verizon until the 30th so I am waiting on that. I had Android phones way before I had an iPhone. All my friends have iPhones and I was the last one to get one. I have the 4S too. I have been debating with myself whether to wait on the next iPhone or just get the S4. If I get the S4, I will once again be the only one in my group of friends with no iPhone. It’s just easier for us to send group messages, FaceTime, etc. When I didn’t have the iPhone, the group messages they were sending out with their iPhones did not make sense on my Android because I was getting the individual person’s responses… However, I am leaning more towards getting the S4 because whatever apps or other features I will miss on the iPhone, I can get my fix using my iPad 4. Since you’re thinking of switching to Sprint, did you see/compare the S4 with the HTC One?

@LadyBlackheart:  I’m probably the only one who doesn’t like the Galaxy S4.  I just got it and found the screen to be too wide for my liking.  The phone I had before is the HTC Evo 4g so I thought the S4 would be a good choice.  I think I’m going to get the HTC one instead. Just my opinion.

@alotlikelove:  Verizon bumped up the release date by a week. It came out on the 23rd.

I just got the Galaxy II and love it, so I am sure that the newest one is super awesome 🙂

We use iPhones at work and they are a real pain.
