I try to sleep with my feet on a pillow and that works wonders. But by the end if the day they are back. 🙁

I’m not pregnant, but I’m on my feet for 12 hour days a lot, and sometimes they will swell. It’s the same process even though pregnant people have it a lot worse! Get some ted hose/venous return promoting socks; the one’s you can wear on an airplane! That prevents the swelling, and will lessen the pain.

@GypsyLove: Up your H2O intake to an obscene amount AND try bananas! As long as I ate 2-3 bananas a day the swelling stayed away, if I ran out then it would return.

I’m not pregnant but when I had somemedical issues that caused my fleet and ankles to swell, my doctor recommended soaking my feet in a warm Epsom salt soak.  It helped a ton. It made my feet a little dry so I just put extra lotion on them after each soak.
