There aren’t enough Aussie brides on here!

Our ceremony is at the Marble Bar in the Hilton hotel (do not recommend, nightmare to deal with), and our reception is at the Tea Rooms in the QVB (Couldn’t recommend more – absolute pleasure to deal with!)

How about you?

@NekoBride:  I’m not sure – I found the knot to be really irritating!

I’m a married bee already, from Canberra, but just wanted to say that we had our wedding reception at Aesops greek restaurant (no we are not greek) in sydney CBD. Our menu was $55 per head and included a dancefloor, MC/DJ, and we used their audio visual equip to show a slideshow of our wedding, which was 2 weeks beforehand in Santorini Greece. I thought the price was VERY reasonable for the city and James the owner was so professional and really knew his stuff, espesh with the MCing. Everyone said it was the funnest reception they’d ever attended. We also did pre-dinner drinks at Quay Bar which was really nice. Here’s some pics. I receomment both places for a really really fun reception. Ours was awesome. It is also conveniently located right next to the botanic gdns which would make a really nice ceremony / photos location.

We booked a rowing club restaurant named “Dedes” in Abbotsford, beside Parramatta river, for both ceremony and reception.

Only can find these two nice pic for this place, but it is warm and convenient because we consider many guests would drive so a big car park is needed.

French windows and waterside are what my Fiance and I expect. And Dedes Restaurant is satisfied with these. πŸ™‚
