I saw an episode of SYTTD Big Bliss and a bride had come in to try on her dress. She had her measurements taken when she was there initially and had been under the impression that the dress would be made to her correct measurments. When she tried the dress on, it was like….I don’t even know…many sizes too small. There was no chance in hell she was going to get it zipped up. She got SO MAD becasue she swore she hadn’t changed sizes or gained weight, and the alterations person was just kind of like…well, we sent the correct measurements in. They didnt’ really know what to do becasue she was clearly not going to admit she gained weight or maybe she really didn’t gain any at all. But this dress had about a foot-wide gap in the back where it wouldn’t close to zip up.
Does this happen in real life?? I’m not a big girl, but I am so worried that for some reason, my dress wont’ fit when it comes in even though I’ve actually LOST weight since I tried it on and bought it. What if they did send the wrong measurements?? It totally freaked me out!!
