I’ve had my Tacori ring for two years and honestly it’s help up SO well. I’m am not careful with it at all. I’m always hitting it on stuff and the head of it had been stuck under things multiple times and there’s not a dent or scratch on it. I think the Tacori workmanship is flawless and would replace it with another Tacori setting if I ever lost or damaged my ring.

mrs110 :  Yes, I love the look of a dainty ring! The detail on the prong heads of your ring is lovely.

I know this thread is old but I wanted to throw in my two cents! I have a Tacori engagement ring, and it is beautiful, BUT I have already had quite a few headaches because of it โ˜น๏ธ My ring cracked in half, right through the crescent designs on either side. Tacori “remade” it, but the ring I have now pales in comparison to my original ring. The crescents specifically… they just aren’t that perfect shape, it looks sloppy. It was almost like I was getting the quick version. The details are what make a Tacori ring so special, so my heart was broken when I got the remake back with less than ideal details.

The real kicker though: The authorized retailer we had purchased through in OKC ended up being absolutely awful (I could write a novel…. long story short, they had my remade ring back from Tacori and didn’t call us for 4 weeks, and it looked like it had been resized a few times when I got it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ) We ended up driving to Dallas to work with another retailer to get things somewhat sorted out, but I’m still not happy.

The ring was perfect when I got it. It was my absolute dream ring. Now I’m not so sure. I haven’t even had it for an entire year yet, and I already wish I had done more research on the company before purchasing. I’m just praying nothing else ever happens again!

Thats horrible. I am so sorry your ring broke in half. MY F1 just recently bought me a Tacori ring from diaminds direct and he raves about his experience. I believe there is a location in Dallas. Maybe you can try there next time for repairs etc
