Hey bees! I have a friend who started working out with Insanity and now is using the T25 program. She is also on Shakeology and following the T25 nutrition plan of 1200 calories. She is not fat at all but she has been losing weight lately through the workout and diet.
This diet seems like so few calories to me, especially if you are additionally working out! I don’t know anything about this subject so I was wondering if there any nutrition bees out there or bees with experience in this workout+diet plan, and what is your opinion about it. Is it healthy?
