If you have a nature theme I would go with the trees from those choices.

Good luck!

We did tree names for my wedding.  (Also had table numbers…example: table 1 white elm)

My SO and I are HUGE movie people, so we are having movie elements all through our wedding. I named our tables too because I don’t like #. We named them after locations from our favorite movies! Like Hill Valley, Kellerman’s Resort, and even names from his favs from star wars. The music that I’m walking down the aisle to is from a movie, and so is our recesional and our entrance song.

I like the idea of using names of love movies. What about character names from love movies like Harry and Sally, Romeo and Juliet, Noah and Alley, etc. Or use your favorite movies period and take character or location names. I like subtle hints thats are really personal in weddings.

P.S. Our wedding wasn’t a movie theme and I’m still using movie elements wherever I want. I think sometimes people get too stuck on themes and you lose some of the meaning in things. The tree names is a really good idea, but go with whatever would excite you two the most. 🙂

To me the trees are a given. You have nature colors and have already used the trees on your invitations.

You could repeat the graphic from your invitaion and add the tree name, possibly burning them onto a slice of tree trunk.

Or you could use scrabble letters to name the trees like this.

I’d say tree names…  but that’s because we had tree names!  The table numbers shown above by Julies1949 are mine!

I got the scrabble tiles from an old scrabble game from a thrift store, the frames were from IKEA (super cheap!) and the trees in the frame were actually our STD postcards. Darling Husband designed and printed at vistaprint.  Good luck!
