my primary wedding color is mango orange with brown accents. my venue provides white tablecloths at no charge, but i wanted to add some color to the table linens. i’m making napkin rings with orange silk flowers for our white napkins, but i still think there would be too much white. i was thinking of putting brown overlays on the tables. would that look okay, or does it seem tacky??

I think it really depends on your centerpieces….I also might have a lot of white, which is the ‘free option’, but I am hoping to get a bright colored napkin.

Right now, a popular color with mango orange is a dark or hot pink. It also looks great with Brown. I would recommend getting a table runner, instead of an overlay, to match the napkin rings. Keep the brown as an accent color in the centerpieces or place cards.

Definitely not tacky. It sounds really lovely and I love the idea of the silk flower napkin rings.
