Ok, so my Fiance is a huge Beatles fan. We are having a vintage romance themed Spring wedding. I thought it would be fun instead of having traditional table numbers (1-18 etc..), that I would have vintage cards to say:
Track or Table
“All You Need is Love”
Track or Table
“Here Come’s The Sun”
etc…this would go on to 18 since we are having 180 guests.
What do you bees think? Is this too much or should I just stick to simple table numbers? I can even just call it Table 1 instead of Track 1.

I am doing table names of Fiance and I’s favorite places, so I love your creative approach to traditional table numbers. I love the extra personalization that something so little gives to the wedding.

I LOVE personalized table numbers! We are doing something quite unique for ours (my fiance’s idea, which I have been sworn to secrecy about lol), and I think it is great way to put more personality into the decor. Love your specific idea too 🙂

I love when people come up with creative table numbering. I’d go with track!
If you wanted to go table though this is a great idea! maybe you can actually find the actual vinyls at a thrift store or something? or make your own?

The only thing people seem to complain about with personalized table names is that because there is no logical flow as there is with numbers, you may have to check more tables to find the one to whci you are assigned.
You can mitigate this by also numbering the tables or tracks, or by having a map of the tables posted next to the escort cards, or if you are using a seating chart, have your board show the loaction of the tables.
