Okay, that was a little confusing… but let me see if I can sort it out…

At your head table there isn’t enough room for everyone in the bridal party. I would highly recommend you don’t seat ANY of the bridal party with you, or just your Maid/Matron of Honor and Bridesmaid or Best Man and their dates if you can’t fit all of them.

As far as your guest tables, I think uneven is fine! Sit people with whom they’ll enjoy having dinner with. 🙂

The bridal party includes you, your Fiance, all the bridesmaids, groomsmen, maid of honor, and best man.  Americano was saying that if you don’t have room for all those people at the head table, you shouldn’t put any of them at the head table.  I agree with that.

I don’t know what SOB is.  You can put the best man, best man’s date, Maid/Matron of Honor, and MOH’s date at the head table and put the rest of the bridesmaids and groomsmen somewhere else.

Also, there’s no reason people giving speeches HAVE to sit at the head table.  I just think it’s not appropriate to choose random bridal party members to sit at different tables.
