Can someone help me determine what fabric this is? Or another fabric that I can use as a table runner that bunches well. Not wanting a flat look as it is going to have greenery garland and candles along with it on an wood table.

That runner is tulle, but you could use any soft, sheer fabric you like the look, color and price of. Cheesecloth, chiffon, voile, tulle and organza can all be used.

If that’s tulle it’s a very fine, soft tulle. Most tulle you find at the store will be stiffer than that. Still nice, but a bit stiffer. Chiffon has a very nice drape to it! Organza is nice as well, but often has a sheen.
Head to your local Joann Fabrics or such and play around with their fabrics, see which has the bunchability and drapeability you’re looking for. 🙂
