Black napkins would be pretty high contrast with the white, pink and grey.

Iwould use gray napkins- maybe try to incorporate a bit of black in the napkin as a napkin ring or an embellishment depending on the napkin fold.

I personally am not a fan of scattered jewels. In place of that, you could use a black river rock with each person’s name .

@Zacharysmom07: I thik that cake table would have looked better without the tulle. Just my opinion. Why not let the cake be the center of attention instead of the tulle?

@Zacharysmom07: I would stick with white, pink, and gray it works well on the color wheel. If you add black napkins it oposite of the spectrum.  Now if you add small black accent pieces like gems it would not overwhelm.

Maybe you could do a gray napkin with a black napkin ring of sorts around it.

@Zacharysmom07: Those are my colors as well!! I agree that the tulle is too much for the cake table. And I think the grey napkins with the added black on your menus would look good! I just received my menus in the mail today, I LOVE them!!

One of the prettiest cake tables I have ever seen had a navy floor length cloth topped with a navy organza overlay.

The overlay was large enough to swag on the sides. The cake was centered between 2 of the swags. On the overlay, positioned so it was on the top of the table in front of the cake, the couple had embroidered their names and wedding date in navy thread . The embroidery was very subtle because it was in the same color as the organza. It didn’t detract from the cake but was sooooooo beautiful.
