Does anyone know of a good taco dip recipe? I don’t want to use beans or meat if possible. I have had some before that consisted of cream cheese, sour cream, veggies, etc. that were awesome, but i’m the type that needs step by step directions. Thanks in advance!

We used to make it with velveeta and chunky salsa and just melt it in the crock pot. We usually added beef, but you wouldn’t have to.

Do you mean like a 7 layer dip sort of thing? This is my go-to on Allrecipes.com. You could always omit the bottom layer or substitute it out for something you like better.

@Snuggielove, I make a taco dip that is so good and easy, here it is:
2- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1- 16 oz sour cream (softened)
1- package taco seasoning
1- jar salsa (your coice of heat)
1- package shredded taco cheese
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to cool it down. Put it on serving plate. Pour some salsa over it & sprinkle as much yummy cheese as you want.
It’s easy & great. I serve it with Scoops chips. You can add olives/jalepenos if desired.
