Overstock now has a bunch of tacori semi mounts! I didn’t see the exact style you were looking for but check it out anyway and you might see something catch your eye.

I just love mine. I had another ring picked out and as we were walking out the store, this one caught my eye and I had to have it instead. However, mine is with a radiant and not oval.  Still, I hope this helps you.  I am pairing mine with a very thin rose gold pave wedding ring.

(Sorry if these pictures are huge) :/

beetobe2017 :  I have both the e-ring and wedding band. The only issue is that they don’t sit flush. You might have a better luck if you order them together so they are made with the same mold….

beetobe2017 :  My fingers are too fat for both rings right now, so I have it on my pinky to show. 😩if I could do it over again, I’d probably get a solid band to offset the engagement ring.

I don’t have that setting, but do have a Tacori. My friend liked my setting so much that she sent it to her BF as her ideal ring, only with a princess cut. He took that to an independent jeweler and had them recreate the ring for substantially less than we paid for my “name brand” ring. I honestly could not tell the difference, except that it doesn’t have the Tacori imprint. Might that be an option for you?

I have a different e-ring, but I tried on the wavy band when I was looking for my wedding band. I figured I would show you what the combination looked like!
