I started the 30 Day Shred program two days ago. Just doing it a second day was HUGE for me. I’m really trying to take responsibility for the weight I put on and remind myself how much more energy I used to have. Engery=health for me! Means getting out more in the sun which makes me happier!

wow that is pretty awesome! I’m definitely trying my best to be healthy also! after two kids, i really need to try, lol.

I need to do this..i used to be very fit (played soccer, water polo, cross country and swimming) and now im just..not. I can note the difference not only in my clothes but how tired i am and how unhealthy i feel. I am having such a hard time chasing my 2 year old around..and getting sick more often!

Congrats on your decision to get healthy!!

Tonight I just finished week 1 of the C25K program and I’m loving it. On my off days I’ve been doing strength training with Wii Active 🙂

I’ve also started up my meal planning again. I was doing fabulous in January but then school started again and I had to work and it just all got to be too much. I’m finally making time to make healthy eating/living a priority!
