I don’t think you ovulated yet but Fertility Friend will draw the coverline for you once it detects that you may have ovulated. You might get a clearer picture in a day or two.

You probably need a few more days of temps in order for FF to draw the line, usually 3 days of increased temps. Possibly yesterday if the next two days are still high.

I agree with PPs, Fertility Friend will draw your coverline when it detects ovulation, which is usually three days after your temp jumps. I don’t really think you ovulated yet, though. As far as drawing your own coverline, it might be easier if you rounded your temps to tenths instead of hundredths. The moderators of the TCOYF boards recommend this to make things easier and cleaner. So, if you have a temp of 36.24, then put in 36.2, but if you have one of 36.27, put in 36.3. The Celcius/Fahrenheit issue doesn’t really matter, it’s the number of decimal places. If you want to keep temping to hundredths (some people believe it’s more accurate), then you can just rely on FF to draw your coverline.

@jules28:  I temp to hundredths too and, as others have said, FF does draw your coverline for you after 3 days of sustained temp rise. It’s really hard to tell for certain if you did O yesterday or not without the temps from the next 2 days, it does look like a possibility though. Many things can cause a single raised temp though. Keep BDing until it’s confirmed though. A great place for support  and help with charting is the Charters thread: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/charters-of-the-hive-part-xv. You can join or just drop in and ask questions occassionally when you’re having a particularly hard time deciphering your chart. Here’s my chart if you want to see; FF gave me crosshairs today: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/ScottishMrs. Note that I had a high temp on CD11 but didn’t actually O until CD18. My other signs aligned with this second interpretation too (CM, CP, and additional signs which are specific to me such as increased sex drive and sore nipples).

You may have ovulated, but like everyone else has said, you need at least 3 days of consecutive high temps. Right now it would have to rise more. How are you temping? If you’re temping orally, I would switch to vagina temping and see if there’s less of an up/down/up/down/up/down pattern. Usually my temp rises .4 of a degree or so when I ovulate. (I temp in farenheit, though)

@jules28:  All great advice from PPs.  I think a 0.11 C rise is equivalent to 0.2 F.  Also I’d suggest taking the FF charting quiz to get a better feel for how O is identified.  There’s a lot of resources on the website that were really helpful to me!

@jules28: How was your temp today?

Oh, and I thought I’d throw it out there that the rise is supposed to be 0.4 F or 0.2 C for O. 🙂
