(Closed) Taking Pictures out of your video.

Are you trying to print those images out? Taking a digital file and trying to print them out often results in really low-resolution images.

MissHobbit is correct if you were going to try to print these out. You’ll end up with poor photos and likely they’ll be pixelated in spots.

Video is very low resolution as a general sense, that’s why HD cameras are worth a small fortune.

They’re neat pictures, though. I just wouldn’t want you to be disappointed if you printed them out and saw that they weren’t very good quality wise.

Unless you’re shooting at a very high shutter speed (which would be difficult during low-light reception events), taking a still image from a video is almost always going to result in some bluriness. It’s what makes the video imagery feel fluid and not strobe-y. I’m a videographer, and even I wouldn’t recommend just hiring a videographer if you want great pictures.
