My sister is tall (and leggy), and she loves Banana Republic, BHLDN (and Anthropologie), Neimans & Saks (you can check out the sale section/outlets), and Nordstrom.*

What she’s found is higher-end designers/brands are geared more toward taller women (since they design based off of tall, thin runway models). So essentially, she has to pay a bit more if she wants quality dresses that aren’t too short.

Some other (and less expensive) stores that she likes are Express, H&M, and Dorothy Perkins.

*I know where she shops because we shop together, I’ve had to listen to many a rant about unintended “mini” dresses, and I borrow her clothes. 😀

I’m 6’1; I wear a lot of Libelula, Tahari and J Crew. I know Banana Republic and Ann Taylor also do tall sizes.

Old navy online has a tall section. And it’s not like when “tall” jeans just have a longer inseam, they are sized all over proportionally for us!

I’m also 6’1″! I don’t know if I’m even having a shower or what I’ll wear, but I found this cute white dress at Dress Barn in Denver.
