You should go to a store where you can try on a round and princess side by side! That’s what I would do if I was torn on two shapes. I too love both round and princess cuts. But I’ve loved princess cuts since I was in 7th grade. I saw a solitaire princess cut and for the first time ever was in love with a ring. haha

I assume more people go with round, and that is fine if that’s what they love! I just love princess cuts, so that is what I went with. You can’t go wrong either way!

Also I normally wear my band first but my ering needs to be sized a bit smaller, so the band keeps it from slipping off.

I love my round.  I think it’s classic and never out of style. sorry the picture is so big.  I don’t know how to resize it..

My ring tapers in A LOT! I really like it. I think it’s gives the ring a more vintage vibe. But be warned, if you get a straight band you will have a gap- this bothers some people
