Has any tried on the convertible Target dresses? My Maid/Matron of Honor loves them and we all love the price, but I have a couple of questions– do like look nice enough and are there a couple of cute options where you can wear a bra? I have a 32B/size 4, 36C/size 6, and a 34D/size 6, so the only big issue is that we need a conservative option (bra and straps) for mass and then a couple fun options if they want to change it up for the reception or future use. What do you think?

I can’t speak specifically to the Target dress but I have a convertible dress. Yes you definitely can style them in ways that allow you to wear a bra (strapless or regular). Google “how to tie a convertible dress”–there are dozens of video/picture tutorials that will give your maids some great ideas!

@bellasperanza: Thanks! Some of those options look great.
Has anyone else tried this dress?

I just made this dress yesterday for vacation! It seriously takes some practice and video watching!

I actually bought a couple of them. Unfortunately, I missed the day that they had them on sale for $19.99. For some reason, the long one fit differently than the short one. They’re slightly different. The short ones ran smaller. I actually liked the feel of the fabric of the long blue one I bought better. I also got the short in black and red. They’re fun to wear and well worth the price. You should order a whole bunch of them (I think it’s free shipping) and you can return them at the store if you’re not happy with them. I saw the deep plum that someone had returned in the store and that was a pretty color too. The only color I wasn’t that crazy about was the fushia and I like pinks.
ETA: I have a coworker who had experience with the Butter by Nadia dresses–those pilled. I didn’t have any pilling problems with the Target ones!

My friend tried on the long one and she said it was way too short… it looked like a flood dress. But otherwise, the material was nice and it fit well… so I’d go with the shorter ones.

I don’t have the target one, but i bought one off of etsy for my MOH’s wedding. They’re definitely versatile and you can find several ways to wear a bra. My only thing is that I had to make sure I safety pinned it into place. The fabric slips as you move around.
