So my Darling Husband and I have seen things at Target that we’d be interested in getting that weren’t on our registry. I’ve seen a few posts floating around on the internet that say you can add items to your registry after your wedding and still get the 10% discount on them, is this true? I’m kind of doubting it, since it seems like an obvious “cheating the system” move that Target wouldn’t allow, but obviously I would love it if we could get additional items for less money.
Anyone have experience with this? TIA!

I know the Bay has a completion program as well and yes you can add things after the wedding for up to 12 months. Its not a “cheating the system” 10% is really nothing for these stores if you go in and buy the items, they’re still making money and its an incentive for you to go there instead of another store.

I was wondering the same thing. We want to put our furniture on there but not until after the wedding or right before because we don’t want our guests to purchase those items for us (some are smaller prices) and we don’t want to look tacky. But, we are in college and need everything so the 10% discount for us is going to be HUGE!
