The way it was worded sounded an awful lot like “OMG my bridesmaid is COVERED in tattoos! How do I hide those horrible things because I canNOT have them showing on my Wedding Day?” As someone who has tattoos and who has been approached by a MOB with coverup on a sponge in hand as a *guest* at a wedding my main goal was to prevent another person from feeling as uncomfortable as I felt in that circumstance. People with one or two small tattoos don’t necessarily see th viewpoint of those who are a bit more inked.
Moral of the story: pay attention to what you are saying–being non specific invites misinterpretation. A better way of asking your question would have been “My Bridesmaid or Best Man and I are going to be covering up our tattoos for my wedding. Any ideas of artists or products I can find in Albany?”
Any Albany, NY bees out there that might know where I can go to get tattoos covered? I have one small one, but one of my bridesmaids is damn near covered on her back and legs.
So I dont think I was the one not paying attention. I asked exactly what you just told me I should have asked,
She also said that her family would flip out if they saw the tatoos, which led me to believe the OP was alone in her quest to cover them up.
Enough with the drama. I got my answers and found someone. Thanks to the bees that helped me out!
