I’ve been craving some more ink for the longest time. Unfortunately, money hasn’t been my friend. I was thinking about getting both mine and FI’s birth flowers, but I think I’ll wait until after the wedding. My new idea is something like this:

I’m a huge “I Love Lucy” fan. I would watch the TV land marathons since I was a young child. Anyways, I would not get the huge film or put it on my chest. My idea is the heart and possibly the cartoon characters.
What would you like to get next (or as your first)?

@RockStar33: A half sleeve would be awesome. Anything particular? My brother goes to a freehand artist. She did AMAZING on his sleeve. I love it.

I would love to get a wolf scene on my lower back. I had someone who owned a local shop qute me once at 1300, my price 800. My problem is detail. Most wolves that people get do not have the detail that I want so I have been waiting and putting it off. One day soon I will have teh funds and find an artist who is able to do it.

i’m gonna leave it up to my guy… he’s amazing and all his tats are custom.
although i was thinking of a tropical theme…. i can’t describe the image in my head. Palm trees and a sunset etc (to remind me of Jamaica, my favourite place) OR an old classic car with some kind of background…. to go with the pinup girl on my opposite arm

Ohhhhhh I’ve been dying to get another tat, I’m beyond in love with antique skeleton keys so I want one on a chain or two around my ankle,or something like that .Also I love the Serenity prayer I’m just unsure were to place it at.

I want a bird that I drew on my wrist – then I found this quote:
“I always wonder why birds choose to stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on the earth―then I ask myself the same question.”
― Harun Yahya
And it really hit home at this point in my life, as my husband and I face a big move and potential graduate school and new beginnings. If I get accepted I’ll get it done before we leave out current town as a commemoration and a wish for the future. Myhusband wants a compass on his shoulder blade for similar reasons.

@RockStar33: I wish I was friend’s with an artist. Hah. I always get nervous walking into a shop. I could go to my brother’s artist, but I would have to wait for a chance to drive over an hour and change. Hmph.
@MrsWrangler: I love the quote.
@NanaluvzGeo: I love the skeleton key idea!
@StormyRose: Details are everything. Good luck!

I have a lizard on my right hip that I’d love to be covered by a bigger, more realistic one. I’d also like an outline of the NY skyline on my back.

@Aure: Were you born in NY or just a favorite place to be?

I was born and raised in NY, lived there until I was 20. It’ll always be home.

@Aure: Completely understandable. That’s awesome. =) I think us East Coasters are the most proud of where we come from. Seems that way anyways.

I have really been considering this on my wrist in white ink…but I know it’s SO unprofessional for me to so I don’t know where else to get it!
