I have two tat’s. One on my upper back between the shoulder blades and one on my left ankle. I don’t plan on covering either one. They are part of who I am.

Maybe do a lace jacket if you are wanting cover up?

It depends on how big they are if you want to attempt the make up or not. I had a tattoo on my left shoulderblade that I had several laser removal sessions on and it was blochy, faded and ugly and cover up didn’t work for me.  It is thick and takes forever to dry. It was so noticable that I tried to cover something up. This isn’t logical but I ended up having my husband start my back peice I had wanted to cover it. So on my wedding day I had a nice pretty back peice instead of my faded and blochy tattoo.

I guess the point of my story is if they are really small the cover up may work. My tattoo on my shoulde was like 3 inches wide and 6 inches tall and it wouldn’t cover when it was faded. All the black was showing through. If you like your tattoos show them off, but if you don’t there are plenty of dresses that might cover it. You can go to sephora and ask for a free sample, I tried the Kat Von D stuff.

Lol, I had a tattoo of my EX-husband’s name on my shoulder blade.  I covered it with another tattoo of a lotus, which I love, but because of the unique situation, I decided to cover it.  Luckily, I found a dress that I love which, as a bonus, covers it.  Otherwise, I was going to do the little jacket thing.  I have heard conflicting reports about the tattoo cover kits at Sephora and Kat Von Whoever’s brand.

I think a little jacket can look pretty, they have beautiful ones here, though I have no idea where you can get them or how much they are…

That’s funny lol- Sorry, I don’t have any good tips, but I have almost the same exact tat story: @ 18 I got the sun, then @ 20 had a moon added, the only difference is they aren’t in a place I can’t cover easily (dreaded “tramp stamp” yep I got one ugghh). However, I do have one on my shoulder as well & I’m wearing a strapless dress, so I was wondering the same thing & interested in what everyone has to say…
