I have a poem on my shoulder blade with a black butterflies and 3 outlined butterflies. I always said the 3 butterflies were for my daughter, my husband and myself, but now with my second little one on the way, the 3 are for my two daughters and myself which is perfect! The poem is from my favorite book I read to my daughter: I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, As long as I’m Living My Baby you’ll be.

I got a tattoo of my son’s birth flower and name. I have a two year old and I’m pregnant so in the next two years Id like to add their birth flowers and names.

I don’t have any children yet but my friend has her sons name on her wrist and she is saving her chest for a wolf piece for him and any future children.

I waited till my daughter was old enough to pick the symbol that would represent her. She chose a mandala with a star in the center, since her middle name means “of the stars”
Took her to the tattoo shop with me too. Convinced her she didn’t want any herself. 🤣
