@Mrs.Mittens:

not the final week!!!oh my!!! Mittens I really want to take the opportunity to say thank you for organizing this… If it wasn’t for tbl, I would be at home eating potato chips and double fisting ice cream. Thank you for helping me get off my butt and be more accountable!!!

I may not have lost my ideal weight yet, but this thread and support group has definitely made me want to keep trying!

I hope we continue with the threads and hope you would still let this blabbermouth (me) join!

Yes like pp said, THANK YOU!

Will we be continuing to do this after? I really really hope so! It really helps keep me in check.

18 pounds since April, I never ever thought that would happen!

I am doing ok today.
I FINALLY started the personal training on saturday with Fiance and we are both DYING today. My legs are in so much pain I literally can not walk. I am waddling around the office! :'(

Hurray for mittens! I love these threads. I don’t know what I would do without them.

I went out for dinner twice this weekend, but I was really careful the rest of the day and also worked out with JM and did the elliptical. I think I came pretty close to calories in = calories out . . . that’s what CalorieCount says, anyway. I’ll be careful this week (planning on 1200 calories today), and maybe I’ll still get some loss.

@bestbuddies: TRUST ME… they are not cheap and this was not something I was wanting to invest in.

Before Fiance and I started dating, I signed up for these sessions. I figured since I was single, I could just spend all my days at the gym. Well to make a long story short, I tried to cancle the sessions because the trainer I got was not really helping. All she would do was talk about how she was cheating on her husband. So I got them cancled but didn’t keep a contract saying so.

Well years later they go and tell me that I owe 2400 bucks and that I have to pay. So I go into the gym and basically they said I have to pay and it is up to me if I want to use the sessions or not. So they gave both Fi and I a free membership and now we do couples training.

I am SO SORE. I hate my legs so much right now! 🙁

@Keltaena: 1200 calories! YOU GO GIRL! That takes a lot of strength! Maybe I will try in a bit! I am going to Texas in the first week of July to visit fam. I want to try to loose as much from here to then as possible. I just dont have the strength to do 1200!

Anyways girls, I just wanted to give a shout out to my lunch LOL I have been buying these fresh attitude salad kits. They come with everything you need to make for a salad for 5 bucks. I buy one kit monday and keep it in the fridge at work. It really helps keep my calories down during lunch so I can have leway (sp?) for dinner.

@Mrs.Mittens: Actually, I’ve read that you should go by your calorie deficit instead of total calories, and should aim for 500 calorie a day deficit (on average). Also, you should have a few high calorie days (like 2000 calories) now and then so your body thinks there’s plenty of food around. This is how I forgive myself for the weekends 😀

@tranquility: I did it! I’m at 1190 according to Calorie Counter.

For those who are interested, this is what I ate today:

8:30 am, breakfast: 1 cup shredded wheat, 1 cup honey bunches of oats with almonds

11:00 am, snack: 12 almonds, cup of tea with 1 tbsp creamer

1:00 pm, lunch: salad of romaine, spinach, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, lite tofu, and one tbsp of fat free Italian dressing.

3:45 pm, snack: Light n’ Fit blueberry yogurt and 2 tbsp of All Bran.

6:30 pm, dinner: 1/4 pound 93% fat free hamburger on a whole wheat bun with a slice of colby cheese and a tbsp of ketchup; side of cooked carrots.

Now I just have to make it till bedtime without eating anything else. . .
