i know this post is early! i’m hoping it helps remind the bee’s that signed up to weigh-in.
it’s been a great week! let’s see how we all did!
– don’t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
– if you want to put figure your percentage lost you can, but either way i will do the calculation to make sure the results are accurate.
also, please give us some insight to your week if you had a good loss!
and of course, if you’d like to keep your numbers private than just PM your weight for this week and I will only post the percentage.

well i spose ill go first!!! i just weighed in at 197.6 (i didnt weigh in last week bc i forgot… but at weight watchers last wednesday i was 200) !!!! 🙂
this week i broke 200 so i was super excited! i do weight watchers (i started at 251… wow ive come a ways)… so i have just been watching what i eat and exercising. i try to run my dogs at least 3 times a week and make it to the gym a few days as well. i have made it up to 2.5 miles and ive signed up for a 5k on june 18th…. so thats my current goal 🙂

I think drinking tons of water yesterday worked.
Start weight: 148
Weigh-in #1: 145.5
Weigh-in #2: 141.2
My biggest change was cutting my carb intake by about half and dropped all soda (including diet). I walk 5 miles every day I’m at work (3-5 days a week), and take at least 7,000 steps on days I don’t go to work, doing combo elliptical run/treadmill walk–although I usually take one day off completely (2,000 steps yesterday. Woo!). I went to the gym after work 2-3 times (in addition to the 5 miles of walking), doing 20 minutes of upper-body weights and 20 minutes run on the elliptical. I also drink a lot of water in general. Finally, I cut out sweets, except for two cookies (it was for the sake of the wedding, I swear: read about it.)
I hope I don’t plateau now.

Last week I weighed in at 224.6 and this week I am down EXACTLY 1 pound lol … so 223.6
I am actually kind of happy because I have had a HORRIBLE week in terms of eating! But I am still trying so that makes me happy!

Even though that amounts to a teeny percentage of weight loss, I’ll take it. Any loss is still a loss. 🙂

I actually gained weight somehow this week. FI’s parents were in town last weekend and we ate A LOT while they were here, so I’m thinking that had something to do with it.
Week 1: 167.6
Week 2: 168.6
Gained: 1 pound 🙁

I’ll go, and I’m completely embarressed. I had such a terrible week. I ate horribly, and I only went to the gym once (yesterday but I’m going again today too)
Last weigh in I was at 191.5
This week’s weigh in………196 🙁
I hate how weight can fluctuate THAT much! I even weighed myself at the same time, wearing the same clothes….
Oh well, there’s always next week, I will just focus more starting today

ok. I’m crazy. I’ve been on vacation all week, and I was certain I brought my scale with me. Well, I can’t find it in my car anywhere, so I can’t weigh.
I think I’m nuts because I was pretty sure I put it in my car before I left. If I find it, I’ll post my weight.

Good Morning. Unfortunately gained some weight back this week. Probably a combination of Easter eating (plus leftovers) and a few long days at work (less time for exercise)

This morning I weighed in at 136.8….it only took me all week to work of the Easter meal.
This is my first week joining you ladies. This week I have been working on my three challenges (sit up, push ups, and squats). I have only made it to the gym twice this week. However, I have worked harder this week at watching what I eat.

I wanted to add here that when I calculate your percentage of weight loss from now on, it will be from your previous weeks weight. at the end of the 8 weeks I will do total percentage.
last week: 195.6
week 2 weight : 192.5
i think this is false number, i’ve never lost that much in a week before. it’s my TOM so i think i was retaining water and now that it’s over, my body has dropped it, so i’m skeptical of this number. I will take my measurements tomorrow morning and that will really tell me how I’m doing!
On the other hand, I did two days of daily doubles and I was under my calories every day! so yay for that!

Last week I weighed in at 138.5. I got my period yesterday so I didn’t expect much (like I posted about on the other board yesterday) but when I weighed myself this morning I was down to 138.0 ! Any pounds lost while on my period is unheard of for me, I retain water weight like no ones business ( I usually gain at least 2 pounds that week). I attribute it to exercising everyday (mainly with Jillian Michael’s DVDs and drinking a lot of water). Eating has still been my weakness so next week I am going to try to be a little more conscious of my stress eating.
Percentage down this week= .36%
