@Mrs.Mittens: yay!~ how exciting, I cannot wait to see pics of you in your dress! you are going to look so amazing!!!!! 2lbs is so doable!!! I like the idea of it being open all weekend…thank you for doing that. I almost always forget to weigh before work πŸ™‚

I did not have a good morning. I am working from home today and before noon I had already had two skinny cow heavly crisp bars and two carmel ice cream bars. OPPPS. So, I got off my butt and walk/jogged a 5k and then came home and got on my bike and biked a 5k! go me! if it was not for my frequent binge eating I would probably be down like 20lbs by now. I am getting better though πŸ™‚ At least its “low fat” and healthier options now instead of full fat ice cream and peanut butter. small steps ladies!

Last night was my bachalorette party part 1.  We went to the Melting Pot which meant a lot of bread, cheese, and yummmm chocolate.  Not exactly on my eating plan but it’s one meal so what can you do.  I did hit the gym pretty hard this morning.  It really helps when one of my favorite shows is on at the gym!

@Mrs.Mittens: I hear you! Yesterday I biked 6.5 miles and met with my personal trainer for an hour but then ate ice cream! seriously? ugh…

I did really good all day yesterday then I totally binged on ice cream then followed it up with the biggest bowl of cinnamon shex you’ve ever seen!

Today is going much better.  Plus, FH is back from his business trip so I will have a little accountability.  I can’t eat an entire box of ice cream bars up front fof anyone so that will be helpful. πŸ™‚

Wow, I almost totally missed seeing this thread… Cool! πŸ˜€

I’ve been eating veggies like they’re going out of style, and for the first month and a half I cut out EVERYTHING that wasn’t good for me (no chocolate, chips, pasta, pastries, candy, etc etc… sooo brutal!) Recording everything I ate made a huge difference for me (and I’d actually been using the weight watchers points calculator for this)… I never realized before just how many calories I was eating! Waaaay more than I should have been!! Being more aware really made a difference. I changed my eating habits and starting writing everything down, and even without exercising much (I have arthritis so I can’t exercise as much/hard as I should) the pounds really melted off.

It also helps that my Fiance is also losing weight, so we did this together… so there was no bad food laying around to tempt me πŸ˜‰

Not done yet though! Still have another 10 pounds to go!

@flee: great job! I wish that I had the willpower to cut those foods out. πŸ™‚

Today was a pretty good day. My diet is under control and I jogged a 5K (50 walk/50 jog). Its sooo nice here tonight! I am super sore from all the exercise I have been doing this week. meeting with PT again at 6am tomorrow πŸ™‚ I really hope I see some more results this week!
